While technological advancements include open job sites such as Craigslist and LinkedIn that have helped applicants cast a wide net of resumes and cover letters, they haven?t done much for getting them a foot in the door. What will, though, is a recommendation or a personal assessment.
According to the source, most hires come through informal channels ? friends, families or previous coworkers ? rather than avenues designated to find employment. Oftentimes, a way to break down this barrier is to issue the help of a recruitment agency.
